45 minutes of full body exercises with the use of 1lb arm weights. You can also use soup cans or no weights at all.
This class will focus on strengthening and opening up the upper body and will be safe for those of you who would like to add light wrist weights. The weights are optional and you will still get the full benefit of the class without them.
This class will focus on deep core engagement through a series of twisting exercises.
