A quick but very effective class that works on engaging the pelvic floor and inner thighs!
We will be focusing on deepening the connection between the core and glutes during this class! Our focus will be on the core and the glutes but as always, the full body will be engaged.
Our first 45 minute Cardio Flow class! We will be elevating the heart rate and blood flow from the very beginning of class. Cardio flow is a fluid class that proves you can sweat with low impact movements.
